No problem — ScripttoShot checks your script's format before breaking it down. Standard screenplays (Final Draft-style INT./EXT. sluglines) get the classic film methodology, while stage plays, prose, and outlines get a dedicated ruleset: numbered ACT/SCENE units become scenes, theatrical staging is reimagined cinematically (a mimed car and a "control tower" become an intercut car-and-radio-room scene), and each scene comes out with a film-style heading, an edited-order shot list, and full cast, location, and prop tagging. Upload the play as written and you get a film breakdown, not a stage map. If you would rather start from a screenplay, you can also choose to have your script converted into standard screenplay format first — with the page cost shown before it runs.

What happens to my scripts and uploads — is my data private?

Your scripts and uploaded files are stored privately under your account. Only you (and admins for support) can read them; they are never shared or used to train models.

Characters now carry a locked identity sentence kept separate from wardrobe, costume versions keyed to the story day, and a locked voice line for native-audio models. Locations get a fixed spatial layout with lighting variants by time of day. A continuity supervisor then checks your reference plates and generated frames against the screenplay and locked descriptions, flags drift, and lets you drop a plate that does not belong.
